Well, lets see what the Feds got before getting too optimistic. I don't quite understand RICO and they are still gonna have to tie the conspiracy to use of State Prohibited drugs in my estimation. But, this was a big operation and secrets can be hard to keep when you get too many involved.

Its time to write to the respective State Pari Mutual Agencies. Let them know what we want. I'll push for all of Jerry's ideas but at a minimum we need to have vet information.

I think we can anticipate many of Son of Leading trainers horses to take a vacation or not run as well. Lets see. I don't want to see him in jail and I'm afraid of what a RICO charge could entail for these guys. I hope it opens their eyes, but assuming guys like "Son" are guilty, I'd like to see a significant suspension and monitoring of their stalls/horses when they return as well as a hedge to the public like Jerry discussed.
