So does this mean Frankel will have to make a quick reversal of his decision not to run Empire Maker in the Preakness? After all, if he were to sweep the next 2 legs and it is later determined that Santos was carryiing a battery, EM wins the triple crown.

Why do I have this bad feeling that racing officials won't pursue this?
