I like his Case (672 Views)

I can't say the odd pic shows a buzzer. Far too speculative to say that. The other board has a post that says Santos went to work with the butt of his hand down the stretch. Let's assume the film shows that. And lets assume Santos had a device. You know what? I like his case! The photo is what it is and it's well short of proving anything. Additionally, a Jock can go to work with the butt of his hand to encourage...why not? Especially in a race that was so easily won. Maybe use of the whip overencourages Funny and leaves him short for Pimlico. I hope Santos gets a lawyer, but what i love most is that there is No battery in the possession of the authorities. (At least not yet) and without that evidence I think Santos beats this rap and Funny runs as well at Pimlico electric aid or no.

But you know what, I almost hope he did carry a buzzer. A little old fashioned mojo to counter the modern master of it.

lol
