At some point we'll know how TGraph scores it. My belief is the race was not a particular fast one, however the track may have been slowing slightly from the Three Chimney's on. It would be wise to defer to TGraph on that.

The one, two finishers probably were sitting on their best race. Figuring what they threw is gonna be the challenge.

I was all over Closing Argument in the Bluegrass and let the post in the Derby dissuade me. Its good that i did. If i'd boxed him with Alex I'd have lost more. Giacomo was a complete shock.

Is Bellamania a better horse than Closing Arguement at 10 marks? Maybe not.

Interesting in a year when the winning conditions looked to be busted, Giacomo keeps them supreme. If Giacomo hadn't fired, CA would have busted them though.
