One point: it is not clear if Magna is reducing their fee(portion of takeout that otb keeps) to the rebate shops to the same ,more ,or less than the fee paid by other otb's so whether the rebate shops are getting a "deal" is an open question. (Per the article,Magna raised their fees to the rebate shops recently)
