A week before the race your horse is scheduled for his one serious work on the track and the jockey oversleeps with his cell phone turned off?
That would be too much for me. That has every indication of imbibing too much in something and I don't want that kind of representation on my horse with the big dance a week away. Theres plenty of good jockeys out there Mr. Trombetta. Jockeys that don't have a mount. I'd highly recommend Jeremy Rose. He can get a horse to relax and he has the big race in his resume. Maryland connections don't mean you have to tolerate Maryland poor behavior. Dump the bum before he burns you again.
