I'm thinking I'm about Even Money to make an involuntary exit. Jerry and I have a Love Hate relationship. I love myself and he hates that...lol
Good point about there being stress in the air. I've made no bones about my regard for SnS. I'm stressed that Desormeaux can't be a professional leading up to a Derby with some very talented horses, many sitting on big races. I'd seriously like to see him replaced. If this was a Corporate America decision he'd be gone or sitting on Mobil Exxon's Board of Directors. I don't want him sitting upon that horse however.
I guess some of the board regulars have jockey loyalties. I have no allegiance to jockeys. They are tools. I'm proposing a shiny new tool. Others like the rusty old tool thats worked for them in the past. Sometimes those old tools have already seen their best days though.
Regarding your odds question, I'm assuming you are referring to the Breeders Cup at Churchill, because First Samurai is way off the Derby Trail. I think First Samurai will run in the Breeders Cup, but it will be in the Sprint or the Mile. I'm guessing he winds up in the Mile. The same will be true for Keyed Entry by that time, Sprint or Mile. Sinister Minister is a whole nuther issue. By the B.C. he will probably be retired or mentioned in the same breath as Dr. Fager.
